With a mirrored finish, this spoon allows for the transfer of spherified liquid without damaging them, like ravioli or cavier. It is also a filter spoon great for olives, sauerkraut. anything that needs to be strained.  The longer handle makes it ideal for jars. Could even be used in mixology as a cocktail strainer!
