Although Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice is typically the Fall season favorite, we are particularly fond of and start craving the warm flavors from cinnamon. Steaming or boiling sweet potato is a quick and easy way to add this healthy carbohydrate to meals.   Boil sweet potato: Add peeled and chopped sweet potato to a pot of lightly salted water.
